Check In & Complete Forms
Please arrive about 10 minutes early for your first appointment. When you arrive, you will be greeted by our front office team and asked to fill out our New Patient Form. To save a bit of time, you can complete the form online in advance.
One of our veterinary assistants will weigh your pet and escort you to an exam room where you will be asked questions about your pet’s medical history, current medications and reason for the visit. We will also take a picture of your pet to place into our electronic medical record system.
One of our veterinarians will introduce themselves and begin examining your pet. They will then discuss their findings, assessment and recommendations. You are welcome to ask any questions that you have along the way. Our goal is to work with you to provide your pet with a long, healthy and happy life.
Prepare for Home & Checkout
Your veterinary assistant will go over any medications or at home care recommendations with you. You will then be walked back to the front desk where you can schedule any follow-up appointments if needed and be checked out by our front office team.
